'This is our take on a Hopfenweisse, brewed like a traditional German hefeweizen (made with malted and torrified wheat) but with a generous addition of hops.
We've used Citra in this first itteration to bring bright and bold hop flavours and aromas. The tropical Citra dry-hop shines through the sweet, soft, bannana and bubblegummy backdrop of the wheat beer.'
