NO ADDED SULPHITES
Grapes are harvested in small cases (10kgs) and left to chill in a refrigerated room at
4 degrees for 24 hours before being pressed directly. Fermentation occurs in
stainless steel deposit and the wine is bottled after around 3 weeks with a touch of
residual. After 6 months the wine is disgorged.
