Our owner and founder Sean has gone on record about how he loves nothing more than climbing a mountain, strapping a board to his feet and hitting the slopes. Wanting to create a beer specifically for smashing cans of after a day off-piste, Pirin balances crushability with new school hype hops to create a positively smashable pale ale. A three way line up of Mosaic, Citra and Enigma impart tangerine, berry, redcurrant and sweet tropical notes a-plenty, before being reeled back in with citrus bitterness from a hearty addition of Mosaic in the whirlpool."
