"Brewed in collaboration with our friends at St Mars of the Desert for our 7th Birthday.

In light of some of the amazing Belgian styles coming out of their lovely brewery in Sheffield, we decided we couldn’t not brew a Belgian Style Pale for our collab with Saint Mars Of The Desert.

Brewed with a hefty helping of Hallertau Mittelfrüh Leaf in the kettle and fermented on a Belgian Ale yeast, bringing notes of banana, pepper and clove.

Combined with a soft, biscuity malt base and light, fruity hop character, This Is The Way takes you away to a sunny harvest morning."
