In fair old Ireland 'Gargle' is a rather charming colloquialism for alcohol. Although this wine is made in Veneto Italy so it's more likely to be a reference to the Gargenega grape of which it's made! A grape known for a dry nature which lends itself well to sparkling wines.

This is a super-approachable, snappy and crisp sparkling wine with white fruit all the way through.
