A dark and youthful blend of Syrah and Grenache named after the winery cat. An explosion of dark fruits and peppery spices, blackcurrants, dark cherries, brambles and wild, woody thyme bushes. Medium bodied with a driving acidity and strong minerality that commands attention. Dark bitter chocolate and silky tannins round the wine off nicely.
