Exale x Renegde - Bacchus Pilsner 5.6% 440ml can

This is a collaboration between ourselves and the amazing urban winery, renegade wine. Every harvest we look for innovative wine producers to help inspire us to create wine-beer hybrids.This is a pilsner fermented with 10% british bacchus pre-ferment unpasteurised juice, we then gave it skin contact for colour and light tannins and a chance for some small secondary fermentation from the skins’ wild yeast.  The result is a clean crisp pilsner with grassy, citrus and elderflower notes from the bacchus grapes
