Crunchy, smokey and herbal. Raw berries, blackberry and plum with playful tannins.

Winemaking: From plots lower down the hill, de-stemmed to avoid vegetal characteristics whilst being able to pick fresh. Maceration of 4 weeks until fermentation has finished. Then ageing in a stainless steel tank until bottling. No filtration.
