"The first of a fresh and fermata duo of beers made with Burning Sky. A collaboration to share knowledge and revive the Modern Belgian IPA a forgotten and often misaligned style of farmhouse brewing. Softly golden, opening dry and bitter with aromas of melon, spice and hay. Big fruit esters give way to effervescence and a light lingering finish. Spontaneous barrel aged version from our Fermata Range to follow in time. Farmhouse brewing is nothing without Ferm Friends."
