The sophisticated older sibling to staff favourite, La Galoche, this Chenas offers a soft palate of red fruit and a suggestion of spice on the finish. The juicy acidity is softened is this cuveé, making room for some pronounced earthiness and more tone and structure. We would suggest drinking the first glass lightly chilled, then allowing the bottle to chambré - you'll want to guzzle this in one sitting!
