Can be served as an aperitif with appetizers, but also with white meats and fish in sauce.

Land and vines:
This crémant is made from a blend of Auxerrois, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris grapes from the clay-limestone soils of Mittelbergheim. These grapes were sorted on the plot, harvested at maturity, around 12 degrees of potential.

Vinification:
After a year of aging in vats, bottling took place at the start of the 2020 harvest with the addition of fresh grape juice from the new harvest and leaven for the bottle fermentation. Without dosage.“
