Seventh-generation winemaker brothers, Stéphane and Vincent started working in their family vineyards in 1988, then conversion to organic in 2009, producing their first certified vintage in 2013. 

Folle Blanche. Grapes were picked by hand and selected. Pressed with a pneumatic press. Vinification with natural yeasts. Temperature controlled fermentation. Ageing in fibreglass. No added sulfites. A rich soil made of eruptive and metamorphic rocks, over a layer of sand, pebbles and clay, on top of granite and gabbro
