"Our yearly May Hill release is ready and tasting unreal! May Hill is a mixed fermentation ale with 2021 season plums - harvested by DEYA crocs at Ben’s Nans orchard up on May Hill last August.
A simple base beer brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and aged in oak for 1 year. Refermented for 12 weeks with delicious plums! Intensely plummy with almond and marzipan complexity. Clean, fruity with a noticeable oaky structure to the beer."
