NO ADDED SULPHITES
The grapes for Misturas come from a few plots, all within 2km of the Atlantic. Pressed
directly and passed to old oak to undergo fermentation. After a month in old oak the wine is racked to stainless steel deposit to rest on its lees for another 10 months before bottling.
