Essentially a light orange wine, with an hour or two of skin contact occurring in the transportation of the grapes. Some of the golden colour also comes from the Marsanne which is less commonly grown on sandy soil in such hot weather. Delicate and fresh, yet robust with good weight and a waxy finish.
