What postcodes are included in the local deliveries?
East London
- E1, E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, E10, E14, E17, E20
North London
- N1, N4, N5, N7, N16, N17
If you are outside these post codes - please pay for our shipping up front. We are going to charge you anyway, save us doing the admin please.
What days are you doing local deliveries?

Do you have specific days you deliver to the local post codes? Is there a cut off time for local deliveries?
Yes & Yes! To give us time to pack and organise all the orders these are the delivery cuts offs.

Unfortunately we are unable to give specific time slots. If you happen to be out when we attempt delivery we will give you a call to arrange the best way to leave your package (with a neighbour/hidden place).
What happens if I order after the cut off time?
Your order will be delivered to you on the next delivery day.
What about if I live outside of the local postcodes?
If you live outside of the local delivery postcodes (Rest of London & nationwide) we will ship your order via APC overnight couriers. These will be shipped on Mondays and Thursday. If we can get your beer to you sooner we will but this is the policy we operate under.
How much does it cost to get my beer shipped to me overnight?
For orders less than £25 = £7.95
All orders between £25-£50 = £5
Anything over £50 – Free Shipping

Can I come and collect my order?
We appreciate that some of you live close by and are happy to collect but unfortunately we are unable to facilitate collections. We are operating with a skeleton team so there isn’t always a person on site to process your order. We’d prefer it if you stayed safe at home and we will bring your order to you.
Can you hold my order and I add items to it when new stock arrives?
We are more than happy to bundle your orders over the course of a few weeks. Just hit 'Hold my order, I'll add to it' at the checkout and we will reserve the beers for you. When you are ready for your order to be shipped just flick us an email to let us know. Bundle orders that collectively exceed £60 qualify for free shipping.
What do you use to package my order that is shipped?
Honestly, what ever we can find. We aim to reuse all the cardboard that products arrive with us in. We do have our own boxes but we aim to reuse everything. We do not use any plastic products in our packaging unless we have been sent some i.e. plastic void filler. We like to look after the environment in any way we can sorry that the packaging isn't as glam as some other providers - it's for a good cause..
What if I want to return my order or I am not happy with it?
